OUR ESG COMMITMENT. OUR RESPONSIBILITY IN THE AREAS OF ENVIRONMENT, SOCIAL AFFAIRS AND CORPORATE GOVERNANCE.
As a majority-owned subsidiary of the Deutsche Telekom Group, we are subject to the Group's corporate responsibility guidelines. As an internationally active company, Toll4Europe wants to play its part in ecological solutions, social challenges and corporate processes and structures and go beyond national standards and legislation in order to fulfill our social responsibility as a “good corporate citizen” on a global level.
All Toll4Europe employees undertake to follow our “Code of Conduct” in their day-to-day work. The guidelines contained therein serve to ensure legally correct, ethical and social behavior. In this way, we promote respectful cooperation and environmentally friendly behavior and prevent corruption and discrimination.
ENVIRONMENT & SUSTAINABILITY
OUR PRODUCT & SERVICE
We have made it our goal to offer our customers throughout Europe the most convenient toll solution. With the Toll4Europe On-Board Unit (OBU), truck drivers can continue their journey seamlessly after every border crossing and toll station and barriers open automatically. This means that the truck does not have to be stopped, which improves traffic flow, reduces congestion and ultimately also reduces climate-damaging emissions.
In addition, our customers only need one toll box to cover and pay for many European countries. This means that only one device is required and production costs for additional toll boxes made of plastic can be saved. Also, only one device needs to be supplied with power, which reduces energy consumption.
RESPONSIBILITY
HUMAN RIGHTS & SUPPLY CHAIN DUE DILIGENCE
Our parent company, Deutsche Telekom, pursues the goal of appropriately preventing, minimizing or, in the event of a violation, eliminating human rights and environmental risks that may arise from our business activities. This is based on internationally recognized norms, guidelines and standards.
The implementation of the human rights strategy and the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act is ensured by the Group companies and other governance functions of the Group within their area of responsibility.
We use existing Group processes and guidelines to implement the requirements of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG). You can find our current human rights policy statement here: Deutsche Telekom Human Rights Code.
Compliance with legal regulations, values and obligations is the basis of our actions. Respect for human rights within the company and on the part of our suppliers is a matter of course for us as a company.

-
ISO 9001 is a standard for quality management systems (QMS). It defines criteria to increase customer satisfaction and promote the continuous improvement of processes and products.
